I mentioned on Thursday that there’s a lot of work going on at the Beacon these days in preparation for the Tony Awards next Sunday.

MUW reader @jmagNYC snapped this picture of workers lounging in the midday sun yesterday on some seats that were either being added or removed from the theater. I would assume they’re putting more in, as apparently there has already been an outcry about how the Beacon is too small a venue for the event.
