Above, Neighborhoodr snaps a photo of a new spot on the Upper West Side… the diner on Amsterdam between 81st and 82nd that used to be EJ’s Luncheonette has a new identity.  According to signage, the eatery is now the appropriately-named Amsterdam Diner.  No word on whether the new restaurant is simply an update to EJ’s Luncheonette, or whether ownership has completely changed.
