UWS Apple Store Opens Tomorrow

Anticipation for a store opening on the Upper West Side has not been this high in recent memory, and now the time has finally come… the Upper West Side Apple store opens tomorrow! At 10:00 am, the newest Apple location on 67th and Broadway opens its doors. Gothamist got a sneak preview of the store on Thursday, and caught a glimpse of the stunning glass architecture including one of their signature spiral glass staircases. The store will be open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm daily, and will offer a range of events and classes. In addition, up to 100 customers will be able to check out at once with iPod Touch checkout systems for all employees. Come to the grand opening early to be one of the first 2,500 in the store in order to get a free t-shirt. Click through for more of Gothamist’s photos of the store.
