Matthew McConaughey is making a rare appearance at Fashion Week tomorrow, according to Page Six.  The actor is slated to sit front row at the Heart Truth’s Red Dress Collection show tomorrow in support of his model girlfriend, Camilla Alves, who is walking in the show.  The show, which benefits Foundation for the National Institutes of Health and takes place at Lincoln Center, features a slew of celebrities modeling red dresses created by big designers.  Also scheduled to appear in the show are Giuliana Rancic (husband Bill is also planning to sit front row), Melanie Griffith, Suzanne Somers, Denise Richards, Alison Sweeney, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Julianne Hough, and Eve.

While one famous face makes an unusual FW appearance, another will remain absent.  Model Paulina Porizkova says she never gets invited to Fashion Week shows anymore, and hasn’t been to a show in two years.  She adds, “sitting in front of the stage watching the girls is too hard to watch. It’s like actors watching other actors work- you either get jealous, or you get mortified for them.”
