If you’re looking for some reasonably priced neighborhood entertainment, Stand Up NY (236 W. 78th, between Broadway & Amsterdam) is offering a pretty good deal though Groupon today. It includes not only a ticket, but also one drink.

Stand Up NY recently hosted a social media event/mixer and co-owner Dani Zoldan is making an effort to eliminate 1980s stigmas associated with comedy clubs. They’re actually offering two packages: one for groups of two, and one for groups of four:

• For $25, you get a comedy night for two (a $66 total value), which includes:
  
  • Two tickets (up to a $20 value each)
  • Two drinks (up to a $13 value each)
    .
    
• For $45, you get a comedy night for four (a $132 total value), which includes:
  
  • Four tickets (up to a $20 value each)
  • Four drinks (up to a $13 value each)

One note: I THINK there’s a two-drink minimum, and only one drink per person is included in the deal. So FYI, you’re likely on the hook for a second drink.
