You don’t typically think about real estate companies hosting trivia nights, but then again, I wouldn’t call Rubicon Property typical.

You may remember the Rubicon name from a post back in March — CEO (and Upper West Sider) Jason Haber and the rest of the crew at Rubicon are really going out if their way to integrate themselves into the community while combining business and philanthropic endeavors.

Tomorrow night (Thursday, 6/14) On Tuesday, 6/19, they’re hosting a trivia event open to all — many of the questions will be centered on the history of the Upper West Side.

The action runs from 7:00 – 9:00 pm at Rubicon’s office at 451 Columbus (between 81st & 82nd).

They’re providing free wine and light snacks, in addition to “special prizes for the big winners.”

The trivia master for the evening is Hank Orenstein, who in addition to being an agent and Executive vice President Rubicon, is also a licensed NYC Sightseeing Guide and Upper West Sider.

I’ve previously posted about a couple of Hank’s free UWS tours (here & here) — my sister actually went one of them and told me she had a great time.

Anyway, just a little alternative entertainment option if you’re looking for something to do tomorrow evening.
