Above, Katie Holmes, Tom Cruise, and daughter Suri pose with dancers in the New York City Ballet on Friday.  Holmes, who turned 32 on Saturday, had a weekend-long birthday celebration in New York, which included catching a performance of The Nutcracker at the David H.
