Future vision of the Harmony Atrium

Lincoln Center’s Harmony Atrium (Broadway between 62nd and 63rd) renovations continue, with the slated November reopening seemingly on schedule.  We gave you some sneak peeks of the progress in July and September; here is a more recent photo of the current Harmony Atrium.  Construction crews continue to stay hard at work to get the future community gathering place ready for the public.

Just down Broadway at 61st, the former Clearview Cinema movie theater that has been closed since early summer is getting very close to reopening as part of NYIT’s campus.  The space will soon be used by instructors and unaffiliated groups for lectures, film festivals, and other events.  Last month, NYIT’’s president announced that the reopening will occur in October, and a glance at the current space indicates an on time opening.
