UWS Restaurant Owner Arrested & Charged With “Forcible Touching And Sexual Abuse” Of Waitress

The owner of UWS Tandoori Restaurant (210 W. 94th) was arrested earlier this week on allegations that he had groped a female waitress.

Looks like a classic case of he said/she said:

Owner Tara Gill claims the incident is related to a dispute over pay.

The alleged victim says she has been “sexually abused or verbally harassed over the three years she’s been working at Tandoori.”
