UWS Subway Closings: Limited B/D Overnight Service This Week Due To MTA FASTRACK

The MTA’s FASTRACK maintenance program returns this week.

This time it’s affecting the B and D lines (plus the F and M, although they’re not specific to the UWS).

As a result, there are station closings and service changes from 10:00 pm – 5:00 am, every night through Friday morning.


Information is available at MTA.info. The quick and dirty details are this:

  • No B/D/F/M service at 6th Avenue Stations (14th, 23rd 34th/Herald Square, 42nd/Bryant Park, 47th-50th, and 57th) between 10:00 pm and 5:00 am (though the morning of Friday, 9/28).

D & F trains will be rerouted, and B & M service in Manhattan will end earlier than usual.
