Valentine’s Day Events at Village Pourhouse
Valentine’s Day is coming up on Sunday, and the uptown location of Village Pourhouse (Amsterdam between 108th and 109th) is putting on some fun and not-so-conventional events for singles. Come to the pub tomorrow for a “Black Hearts Party.” Every girl in attendance gets a rose with a number on it, and every guy gets a number. Each couple that finds their number match gets a free shot per person. Who knows? Maybe the matching number and the free shot will lead to romance. If you are more in the mood to boycott romance this Valentine’s Day, consider the Village Pourhouse’s “Anti-Valentine’s Day Party.” Wear black when you come to the pub on Sunday to have an “ex-orcism” party, where you can toss some darts at a dartboard with room for your ex’s photo. Get a bulls-eye to get a free hour of open bar courtesy of Village Pourhouse. Regardless of your V-day goals, have some fun at Village Pourhouse!
