If you are a sucker for romance, don’t be embarrassed… we are too.  Enjoy the above video, a marriage proposal by Frank to Kasey, and say “aww” with us.  The video, which came via Gothamist, was put together by Frank after he enlisted his friends to help document the proposal, taking place last week in Central Park.
