Many dog owners know about the celebration that will come when a blizzard arrives… snow-loving pooches can’t get enough of the snow after a storm, and the daily walk routine becomes a party when fresh snow is on the ground.  DNAinfo found one such party, Rudy the dog’s great celebration of the snowstorm in Central Park.  Enjoy!
