Astoria resident Paul Schwartz didn’t let a little blizzard stop his plans of proposing to his girlfriend Jaclyn Quinn on Saturday, according to the New York Post.  Schwartz talked his girlfriend into taking a stroll in Central Park after seeing the tree in Rockefeller Center during the big snowstorm on Saturday night.  Once in the park, he was able to keep his plan and proposed.  She said yes, of course!
