Eater reports that Shake Shack is celebrating the Fourth of July weekend with some specials.  Come to the Upper West Side location at Columbus and 77th for a Shack Corn Dog ($4.50), an all-beef hot dog with a jalapeno cornmeal batter and Rick’s Picks Corn Relish.  If you’re looking for something sweet, try a My Concrete Tis of Thee ($6.75), with vanilla frozen custard, caramel and Brooklyn’s Mast Brothers chocolate.  Yum.
