Yoga Conference at Pure Yoga
Pure Yoga’s newest location, Pure West on 77th and Amsterdam, is holding a fascinating conference next weekend, and all are invited to sign up. On Friday, March 5th, join teachers from the International Yoga Therapy Conference for a presentation on the emerging field of Yoga Therapy. Enjoy a “Yoga for Energy Flow” class directly following the presentation, led by IYTC executive director Antonio Sausys and focusing on specific movements for the joints. This complimentary open community event offers light refreshments after the class. On Saturday, join Pure Yoga teachers and the IYTC for the one-day conference event. Through educational presentations and hands-on workshops, the IYTC will explore how yoga can be integrated as part of your overall health-care regimen, focusing specifically on different principles and applications of Yoga Therapy. Participate in a single workshop in the conference or the whole day to get a full introduction to Yoga Therapy. Namaste!
