New York Film Festival Closes with Star-Studded Hereafter Premiere
Alice Tully Hall (Broadway at 65th) was packed with famous faces last night as the 48th New York Film Festival closed with a highly-anticipated premiere. The newest Clint Eastwood-directed film, Hereafter, debuted at the festival, and the cast and crew made appearances to celebrate the premiere. Star Matt Damon arrived with his very-pregnant wife Luciana (looking just as stunning as always), and took a moment away from his wife to do the red carpet with the film’s director Clint Eastwood and costars Bryce Dallas Howard and Cecile de Franc. On a related note, Damon was spotted on the Upper West Side a couple of days prior, in a place that raises some questions about his much-reported moving plans. The actor, who has reportedly been apartment-hunting on the Upper West Side as he prepares for his third child with Luciana, was spotted by My Upper West tipster Ellen around noon on Friday outside of 535 West End Avenue (at 86th). Was he there to move out of the penthouse, or perhaps he plans to stay? We’ll keep our eyes open to find out.
